It was just a visit to the zoo until that first "Pssst!" with the gorilla asking for a new tire. What?! This young girl get requests from every animal she passes and to her surprise, there's a grand plan. Rex's rich illustrations complement his dialog-driven story that uses word bubbles for a comic book approach.  The climax has a creative twist that will have kids paging back through to find all the items that bring about the grand finale.
